- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until it is al dente, then drain and save one cup of the pasta water.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef while breaking it into small pieces; season with salt and pepper.
- Move the beef to the side and cook the minced garlic for one minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese gradually while stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until it wilts, scraping the pan to mix in all the flavors.
- Mix the cooked fettuccine into the creamy beef sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for the right consistency, then serve hot.
