- 2 sweet potatoes cubed
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp salt

- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- cottage cheese
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- chili flakes
- green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400°F and prepare the sweet potatoes by tossing them in olive oil and the seasonings. Spread them evenly on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
- While the potatoes cook, brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, mixing in all the spices until fully cooked and fragrant.
- Construct the bowl by layering roasted sweet potatoes, cooked beef, a scoop of cottage cheese, sliced avocado, a drizzle of hot honey with chili flakes, and finish with a sprinkle of green onions.
