- 250 g basmati rice or jasmine rice
- 500 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder, then cook until they start to brown.
- Mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
- Stir well and let the chicken simmer in the sauce until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, rinse the rice under cold water until clear.
- Bring water and salt to a boil, then add the rice and cook until tender.
- Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley or chives alongside the cooked rice.
