- 1 large white onion diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cans green beans drained
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over medium heat until the beef loses its pink color, about 7 to 9 minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until melted and combined.
- Spread the drained green beans over the mixture.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and cook on medium heat for 13 minutes to melt the cheese and warm through.
