Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 1 large white onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cans green beans drained
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over medium heat until the beef loses its pink color, about 7 to 9 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until melted and combined.
  3. Spread the drained green beans over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and cook on medium heat for 13 minutes to melt the cheese and warm through.
