A refreshing tropical cocktail perfect for summer parties combining strawberries rum and tropical fruit flavors in a creamy blend.
Ingredients

- 2 ounces frozen strawberries
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 banana
- 2 ounces cream of coconut
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend frozen strawberries until smooth and set aside.
- In another blender combine light rum coconut rum banana cream of coconut pineapple juice and ice blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass then slowly add the blended tropical mixture on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice or strawberry and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh frozen strawberries for best flavor
- For a non-alcoholic version omit rums and add extra pineapple juice
