- 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl combine bread crumbs Parmesan cheese mozzarella cheese Italian seasoning salt and pepper.
- In another bowl whisk flour eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken breast first in flour mixture then into egg mixture then coat with bread crumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken breasts until golden brown about 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crispiness use panko bread crumbs
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad
