- 1 Pkg 1.5 pounds Bell & Evans Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
- 2 Eggs
- 2 T water
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Canola oil cooking spray
Instructions
- Whisk together eggs and water in a shallow bowl to create an egg wash.
- In another shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese with the dried oregano paprika dried thyme dried rosemary garlic salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg wash coating lightly then shake off excess.
- Coat each tender thoroughly with the Parmesan mixture and place them into the air fryer basket working in batches if needed.
- Spray the chicken with a light layer of canola oil cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes turning the chicken halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve the tenders hot with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
