Description

This Low-Carb Parmesan Chicken Tenders Air Fryer recipe is perfect for an easy dinner or a quick chicken recipe for weeknight meal. It makes a simple family dinner that is great for busy families craving tasty and wholesome meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg 1.5 pounds Bell & Evans Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T water
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Canola oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and water in a shallow bowl to create an egg wash.
  2. In another shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese with the dried oregano paprika dried thyme dried rosemary garlic salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the egg wash coating lightly then shake off excess.
  4. Coat each tender thoroughly with the Parmesan mixture and place them into the air fryer basket working in batches if needed.
  5. Spray the chicken with a light layer of canola oil cooking spray.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes turning the chicken halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Serve the tenders hot with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
