- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of your favorite seasoned salt
- Just 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper will do the trick!
- 1 1/2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided into portions)
- 3 pounds of boneless chicken breasts (with any extra fat trimmed away)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the sour cream mixture, coating well.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.
