Description

This Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast recipe is flavorful, creamy, and easy to prepare. Tender chicken breasts coated with garlic, seasoned salt, and Parmesan cheese deliver a perfect meal for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite seasoned salt
  • Just 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper will do the trick!
  • 1 1/2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided into portions)
  • 3 pounds of boneless chicken breasts (with any extra fat trimmed away)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the sour cream mixture, coating well.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.
