- 16 oz penne pasta
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Warm the olive oil in a large heavy pot and cook the diced onion until it softens, about four minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
