Description

Enjoy these Ooey Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps packed with creamy garlic sauce and melty cheeses. This easy cheesy recipe uses tender chicken and soft tortillas for a delicious meal. Perfect for quick dinners or satisfying lunches with cheesy chicken goodness.


Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (cooked diced) 2 cups 460
  • Garlic (minced) 4 cloves 16
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon 120
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup 320
  • Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup 400
  • Flour tortillas (medium) 4 pieces 440
  • Butter 1 tablespoon 100
  • Parsley (chopped optional) 1 tablespoon 1
  • Salt and black pepper To taste 0

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked diced chicken breast to the skillet and stir well to combine with garlic. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half mozzarella and half cheddar cheese evenly over it.
  4. Add a generous portion of the chicken and garlic mixture on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over the chicken and top with a small pat of butter.
  6. Fold the tortilla to form a wrap and place it back in the skillet. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of The Ranch seasoning or serve with a side of creamy garlic sauce
  • Use medium flour tortillas for best results and feel free to customize with your favorite cheeses
