  • 2½ cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup vegan Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple very finely chopped
  • extra chopped fresh pineapple and pineapple leaves for garnish

Instructions
