- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350°F 175°C.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Remove excess fat then mix in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add cauliflower rice and half the mozzarella cheese to the skillet and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and arrange the pepperoni slices over the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to brown.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
