Ingredients

- 1 pound mild italian sausage
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 4 cups cauliflower fresh or frozen
- 6 chopped bacon slices
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 4 cups chicken broth low sodium
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the diced onion, garlic, and sausage in a pot until browned.
- Add the chopped bacon and cauliflower then pour in the chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil and simmer until the cauliflower is tender.
- Stir in the kale and heavy cream.
- Season with crushed red pepper flakes salt and pepper to taste.
