  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Fresh parsley (minced)
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Dry ranch seasoning
  • Dill
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and combine it with minced garlic, grated parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, dry ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.
  2. Use half of the marinade to coat the chicken and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to soak up the flavors.
  3. Preheat the air fryer and thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. Cook the skewers at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes, basting them with the remaining marinade halfway during cooking.
