  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or pepper jack You can customize these wraps by using different types of cheese
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional avocado slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken with honey BBQ sauce in a mixing bowl and mix until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  3. Lay flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  4. Grill chicken mixture for 5-7 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove chicken from heat and let cool slightly.
