- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 2 fresh lemons sliced
- 2–3 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- Olive oil
- 2 oz Parmesan shaved
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 425°F.
- Arrange lemon slices on a baking sheet greased lightly.
- Lay the asparagus and chicken tenders evenly over the lemon slices.
- Drizzle olive oil over everything and sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Season the chicken tenders with lemon pepper evenly.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until chicken cooks through.
- Top with shaved Parmesan before serving.
