Instructions
- Remove the core and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces then rinse with cold water and set aside.
- Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat then cook the thinly sliced onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

- Lower the heat, cover the skillet, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender.
- Take off the heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley just before serving.
