- Add water and activated charcoal; mix thoroughly.
- Add salt and sesame seeds; knead into dough.
- Let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Shape dough, dust with rice flour, and place in banneton.
- Proof dough for final rise.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 35 minutes until crusty and cooked through.
