- 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup per jar
- 4 teaspoons chia seeds 1 teaspoon per jar
- Fresh strawberries to serve
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 2 1/4 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, almond milk, Greek or coconut yogurt, and maple syrup on high speed for about 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Combine rolled oats and chia seeds evenly into jars and stir briefly.
- Pour just under 1 cup of the prepared strawberry milk mixture into each jar.
- Mix well and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Before serving, add fresh sliced strawberries on top to garnish and enjoy.
