- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie works best
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to your spice level
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F 190°C.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, mixing until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top, then bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce or increase the buffalo sauce
- If you prefer a milder flavor, substitute half the buffalo sauce with additional ranch dressing
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving
