A refreshing and creamy pink lemonade perfect for beating the heat. This delightful drink combines fresh lemon juice and raspberries with whipped cream for a smooth and tangy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cold water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a blender, puree 1 cup of fresh raspberries until smooth.
  3. Strain the raspberry puree to remove seeds and add to the lemonade mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
