- 1 medium onion diced

- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 2 (15-ounce) cans white beans drained and rinsed
- 2 (4-ounce) cans diced green chilies
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the cubed chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 6-8 minutes.
- Mix in the white beans, diced green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, and chili powder. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Season the chili with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro.
