How to read this Instant Pot chart
All times are minutes at high pressure and don’t include the time the pot takes to come to pressure (about 5β15 minutes) or the natural release. Use natural release (NR) for meats, beans, and anything foamy so it stays tender and the pot doesn’t spit; use quick release (QR) for vegetables and eggs to stop them overcooking. Always make sure you have at least 1 cup of thin liquid in the pot.
