Ingredients

  • 12 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 ounce asparagus spears
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and heat the air fryer to 350F.
  2. Coat the asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then set aside.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast on a cutting board.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, pesto, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff the mixture into the chicken pockets.
  6. Brush olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Place asparagus at the bottom of the air fryer basket and put the chicken on top.
  8. Air fry for 18 to 22 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve warm.
