  • 4 ounces roasted red peppers sliced thinly

Instructions

  2. Arrange the chicken thighs on a plate with the underside facing up and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Distribute about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese evenly over each chicken thigh and place roasted red pepper slices on top.
  4. Fold each chicken thigh closed and wrap it securely with a slice of bacon, covering the entire piece.
