This Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Bacon recipe is perfect for a quick easy dinner or weeknight dinner. Enjoy crispy brussels sprouts combined with smoky bacon brussels sprouts for a tasty family dinner side.

- 12 ounces bacon cut into small pieces
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved or quartered
- 1 Tablespoon avocado oil or melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan optional
Instructions
- Cut the Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters making sure pieces are evenly sized.
- Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl toss the Brussels sprouts with oil garlic powder salt and pepper until well coated.
- Add the cut bacon to the bowl and mix everything together.
- Place half of the Brussels sprouts and bacon in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes flipping halfway to avoid burning.
- When the bacon is crisp and browned remove from the air fryer and set aside.
- Repeat with the remaining Brussels sprouts and bacon cooking another 10 to 12 minutes flipping halfway through.
- Remove all cooked Brussels sprouts and bacon from the air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
- Serve and enjoy.
