Description

This Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Bacon recipe is perfect for a quick easy dinner or weeknight dinner. Enjoy crispy brussels sprouts combined with smoky bacon brussels sprouts for a tasty family dinner side.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved or quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters making sure pieces are evenly sized.
  2. Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  3. In a large bowl toss the Brussels sprouts with oil garlic powder salt and pepper until well coated.
  4. Add the cut bacon to the bowl and mix everything together.
  5. Place half of the Brussels sprouts and bacon in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes flipping halfway to avoid burning.
  7. When the bacon is crisp and browned remove from the air fryer and set aside.
  8. Repeat with the remaining Brussels sprouts and bacon cooking another 10 to 12 minutes flipping halfway through.
  9. Remove all cooked Brussels sprouts and bacon from the air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
