Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast diced into 1 inch cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • olive oil for spraying
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  1. Warm up the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and toss them with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully coated.
  3. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the chicken and mix well to cover all pieces.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the chicken in a single layer before cooking at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
  5. Place the buffalo wing sauce in a bowl, then take out the chicken and toss it thoroughly with the sauce.
  6. Return the coated chicken to the air fryer and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and serve immediately.
