- 1 pound chicken breast diced into 1 inch cubes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- olive oil for spraying
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and toss them with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the cornstarch over the chicken and mix well to cover all pieces.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the chicken in a single layer before cooking at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
- Place the buffalo wing sauce in a bowl, then take out the chicken and toss it thoroughly with the sauce.
- Return the coated chicken to the air fryer and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and serve immediately.
