These Air Fryer Cheeseburger Sliders are perfect for an easy dinner or a family dinner. Quick to prepare, these mini burgers make great slider recipes for weeknight dinners or game day snacks.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke optional
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 slices deli style American cheese
- 8 slider buns
- 2–3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt more or less to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder more or less to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seasoned salt, and garlic powder by hand until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal balls and press them into patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Place the patties in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, working in two batches if needed.
- Cook the patties at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Once cooked to your liking, top each patty with a half slice of cheese and return to the air fryer off heat for a minute to melt.
- While the patties cook, butter the slider buns lightly and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Assemble the burgers on the buns with your preferred toppings.
- For the sauce, whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar together then stir in garlic salt and chili powder to taste. Serve the sauce on the sliders or as a dip for fries.
Notes
- To keep the sliders warm between cooking batches, wrap assembled burgers in foil or cover patties with foil on a plate
- The second batch may cook faster since the air fryer is preheated
