Description

These Air Fryer Cheeseburger Sliders are perfect for an easy dinner or a family dinner. Quick to prepare, these mini burgers make great slider recipes for weeknight dinners or game day snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke optional
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices deli style American cheese
  • 8 slider buns
  • 23 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt more or less to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder more or less to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seasoned salt, and garlic powder by hand until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal balls and press them into patties slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Place the patties in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, working in two batches if needed.
  4. Cook the patties at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  5. Once cooked to your liking, top each patty with a half slice of cheese and return to the air fryer off heat for a minute to melt.
  6. While the patties cook, butter the slider buns lightly and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
  7. Assemble the burgers on the buns with your preferred toppings.
  8. For the sauce, whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar together then stir in garlic salt and chili powder to taste. Serve the sauce on the sliders or as a dip for fries.

Notes

  • To keep the sliders warm between cooking batches, wrap assembled burgers in foil or cover patties with foil on a plate
  • The second batch may cook faster since the air fryer is preheated
