Discover a quick and delicious Air Fryer Chicken Bites Keto No Breading recipe perfect for an easy dinner or family dinner. These low carb chicken bites air fryer style are ideal for weeknight dinners and packed with bold flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1.5 inch pieces about 2 breasts
  • 1 tbsp. Avocado oil olive oil vegetable oil etc
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon granulated onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon flaky salt or kosher salt more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine oil paprika garlic powder onion powder flaky salt and black pepper and mix well.
  2. Add the chopped chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until each piece is coated evenly in the seasoned oil. Let it rest while you preheat the air fryer; optionally allow chicken to dry brine for 10 to 15 minutes for extra flavor.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF 204ºC for about 3 minutes or follow your air fryer’s guidelines.
  4. Place half the chicken pieces into the air fryer basket making sure to leave at least 1 inch between each bite to ensure even crisping.
  5. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes turning halfway through until the internal temperature reaches at least 165ºF 74ºC.
  6. Remove cooked pieces and repeat the cooking process with the remaining chicken.
  7. Serve immediately on their own or with your preferred dipping sauce and enjoy.

Notes

  • Chicken thighs work similarly but may be chewier and less nugget-like
  • Flaky or kosher salt gives best flavor compared to fine table salt
