Description

Enjoy a flavorful Air Fryer Chicken Broccoli Chili Garlic that’s perfect for an easy dinner or a family dinner on a busy weeknight. This recipe combines crispy chicken and air fryer broccoli with a spicy chili garlic sauce everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado or Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons 30g Chili Garlic Sauce plus 1 Tablespoon 21g Honey for glazing

Instructions

  1. Coat the broccoli with oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and set aside.
  2. Toss the chicken pieces in chili oil and ground ginger, making sure each piece is evenly covered.
  3. If your air fryer has two racks, place broccoli on one and chicken on the other, then air fry at 400ºF for 4 to 5 minutes until chicken reaches 150ºF to 160ºF.
  4. Brush the chicken with a mix of chili garlic sauce and honey, then continue air frying for 2 more minutes at 400ºF to caramelize and finish cooking to 165ºF.
  5. For single basket air fryers, cook broccoli alone for 5 to 6 minutes at 400ºF, set aside, then cook chicken separately.
  6. Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds paired with rice or cauliflower rice and extra chili garlic sauce and honey if desired.
