Enjoy a flavorful Air Fryer Chicken Broccoli Chili Garlic that’s perfect for an easy dinner or a family dinner on a busy weeknight. This recipe combines crispy chicken and air fryer broccoli with a spicy chili garlic sauce everyone will love.

- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1 Tablespoon Avocado or Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 pound Chicken Breast cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons 30g Chili Garlic Sauce plus 1 Tablespoon 21g Honey for glazing
Instructions
- Coat the broccoli with oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and set aside.
- Toss the chicken pieces in chili oil and ground ginger, making sure each piece is evenly covered.
- If your air fryer has two racks, place broccoli on one and chicken on the other, then air fry at 400ºF for 4 to 5 minutes until chicken reaches 150ºF to 160ºF.
- Brush the chicken with a mix of chili garlic sauce and honey, then continue air frying for 2 more minutes at 400ºF to caramelize and finish cooking to 165ºF.
- For single basket air fryers, cook broccoli alone for 5 to 6 minutes at 400ºF, set aside, then cook chicken separately.
- Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds paired with rice or cauliflower rice and extra chili garlic sauce and honey if desired.
