- 1.5 lb chicken breast sliced thin 6 pieces
- ¼ cup liquid egg whites
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- Set up a breading station by pouring the egg whites into one shallow bowl and the breadcrumbs into another.
- Coat each chicken piece by dipping into the egg whites and then the breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Spray the base of the air fryer with olive oil spray, then place half of the chicken pieces inside.
- Apply olive oil spray on top of the chicken, then air fry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping and spraying halfway through cooking.
- Remove cooked chicken and place aside, then repeat the process for the remaining pieces.
