Description

This Air Fryer Chicken Fajita Bowl is an easy dinner perfect for a family dinner or weeknight dinner. Enjoy crispy seasoned chicken and tender peppers bursting with bold fajita flavors in this delicious fajita bowl recipe with air fryer chicken fajitas.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless cut into strips around 1 pound or 450g
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 red onion sliced into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat your Air Fryer to 390°F or 200°C before starting.
  2. Coat the chicken strips with the vegetable oil and fajita seasoning by tossing them thoroughly.
  3. Add the sliced peppers and onion, then season everything well ensuring each piece is covered with fajita seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken and vegetables evenly into the Air Fryer basket.
  5. Cook in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes, shaking or tossing the contents halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado slices, or guacamole.
