- 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless cut into strips around 1 pound or 450g
- 1 red bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
- 1 green bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
- 1 red onion sliced into wedges
- 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat your Air Fryer to 390°F or 200°C before starting.
- Coat the chicken strips with the vegetable oil and fajita seasoning by tossing them thoroughly.
- Add the sliced peppers and onion, then season everything well ensuring each piece is covered with fajita seasoning.
