- 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless cut into strips around 1 pound or 450g
- 1 red bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
- 1 green bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
- 1 red onion sliced into wedges
- 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the Air Fryer to 390°F or 200°C before you start.
- Coat the chicken strips with vegetable oil and sprinkle the fajita seasoning on them, tossing to cover evenly.
- Add the sliced peppers and onion, seasoning them well and tossing everything together.
