Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless cut into strips around 1 pound or 450g
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 red onion sliced into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the Air Fryer to 390°F or 200°C before you start.
  2. Coat the chicken strips with vegetable oil and sprinkle the fajita seasoning on them, tossing to cover evenly.
  3. Add the sliced peppers and onion, seasoning them well and tossing everything together.
  4. Place all ingredients into the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, making sure to toss halfway through.
  5. Serve your fajitas with warmed tortillas and your favorite toppings like pico de gallo or avocado slices.
