- 3 lbs chicken breast
- 1 green bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 medium white onion sliced
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 3–4 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic optional
- ¼ tsp salt optional
- ⅛ tsp pepper optional
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts and vegetables into strips.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F and prepare it according to your basket style, spraying or lining as needed.
- Toss the vegetables with half the avocado oil, one tablespoon of fajita seasoning, and half of the garlic, salt, and pepper. Place vegetables in the air fryer.
- Coat the chicken strips with the remaining oil, seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper and add them to the air fryer.
- Cook everything for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
- Serve with your favorite fajita toppings like lettuce cups.
