Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 medium white onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 34 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic optional
  • ¼ tsp salt optional
  • ⅛ tsp pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts and vegetables into strips.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400F and prepare it according to your basket style, spraying or lining as needed.
  3. Toss the vegetables with half the avocado oil, one tablespoon of fajita seasoning, and half of the garlic, salt, and pepper. Place vegetables in the air fryer.
  4. Coat the chicken strips with the remaining oil, seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper and add them to the air fryer.
  5. Cook everything for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
  6. Serve with your favorite fajita toppings like lettuce cups.
