- 1 packet taco seasoning

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Soften the corn tortillas by gently warming them in a dry skillet for about 10-15 seconds on each side or microwaving them stacked with a damp towel for roughly 20 seconds.
- In a bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until creamy, then stir in the shredded Mexican cheese, taco seasoning, and shredded chicken until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
- Lay each tortilla flat, add about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture along one side, then fold it in half to form a pocket, securing the edge with a toothpick.
- Heat the air fryer to 375°F. Brush both sides of each folded taco with olive oil.
- Arrange the tacos in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until the tacos turn golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately with your favorite salsa, avocado lime sauce, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sour cream as toppings.
