- 4 Stew’s Naked Chicken Thighs (about 1.5lbs.)
- 1/4 cup Stew’s Unsalted Butter softened
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh Tarragon
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh Thyme
- 1 teaspoon grated Lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Stew’s Kosher Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Stew’s Fine Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 400°F.
- Mix the butter, garlic, tarragon, thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Gently lift the skin of each chicken thigh to spread one teaspoon of the butter blend beneath it.
- Coat the outside skin of the chicken thighs with the remaining butter mixture and then sprinkle salt and pepper over them.
- Place the chicken thighs skin side up on a greased tray inside the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip each chicken thigh and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
- Turn the chicken skin side up once more; cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches between 170°F and 175°F.
