- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon chili pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Warm up your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Dry the chicken wings thoroughly and put them in a big bowl.
- Mix kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, dried oregano, chili pepper, and ground pepper in a small bowl, then sprinkle this mix on the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, keeping space between them for air circulation.
- Cook the wings for 15 to 18 minutes until they turn golden and crisp, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Serve right away and enjoy plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
