- 5 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup bacon chopped
- 1 small shallot chopped
Instructions
- Warm up your air fryer to 190C or 375F.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Evenly distribute the spinach, cheese, bacon, and shallots into six molds and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in each mold equally.
- Cook the egg bites in the air fryer for 8 minutes until they puff up and develop a light browned top.
