Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken thighs bone-in skin-on
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic (34 cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper fresh course ground
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil white wine vinegar lemon juice lemon zest oregano seasoned salt black pepper and garlic in a bowl and whisk until fully mixed.
  2. Place the chicken into the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or longer for fuller flavor up to overnight.
  3. Heat the air fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes to prep.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 to 20 minutes depending on piece size flipping halfway through. Add lemon slices midway if you like.
  5. Confirm the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit before serving with lemon slices and your preferred side dishes.
