- 12 Corn Taco Shells Hard Shells
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Package Gluten Free or Regular Taco Seasoning
- Shredded Lettuce
- Black Beans Rinsed & Drained
- Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Toppings Tomatoes or Onions or Salsa
Instructions
- Heat a medium skillet and cook the ground turkey until browned.
- Remove excess liquid if necessary and stir in the taco seasoning following the package directions.
- Assemble tacos by layering shells with the cooked turkey, lettuce, beans, and cheese.
- Place tacos into the air fryer basket, optionally lining it with foil and lightly spraying with non-stick spray, ensuring air flow is not blocked.
- Air fry at 355 or 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 4 minutes until the shells become crispy.
