  • 12 Corn Taco Shells Hard Shells
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Package Gluten Free or Regular Taco Seasoning
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Black Beans Rinsed & Drained
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • Toppings Tomatoes or Onions or Salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium skillet and cook the ground turkey until browned.
  2. Remove excess liquid if necessary and stir in the taco seasoning following the package directions.
  3. Assemble tacos by layering shells with the cooked turkey, lettuce, beans, and cheese.
  4. Place tacos into the air fryer basket, optionally lining it with foil and lightly spraying with non-stick spray, ensuring air flow is not blocked.
  5. Air fry at 355 or 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 4 minutes until the shells become crispy.
