Ingredients

  • 5 links of Italian Sausage uncooked
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper sliced
  • ½ yellow onion sliced
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced onions and bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle garlic salt, dried basil, and ground black pepper, then toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  5. Lay the sausage links on top of the pepper and onion mixture.
  6. Cook everything at 380°F for between 15 and 18 minutes, making sure to flip the sausage and give the vegetables a shake halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
