  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tbs olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry spices in a bowl thoroughly.
  2. Remove any excess fat or silver skin from the pork tenderloin and brush it with olive oil.
  3. Evenly coat the pork with the spice mixture.
  4. Warm the air fryer at 400°F for five minutes before placing the pork inside.
  5. Cook the pork in the air fryer at 400°F for 20 to 22 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
