Air Fryer Salmon Bites are a quick and tasty family dinner perfect for a weeknight meal. This easy dinner features crispy salmon with a flavorful bang bang sauce for a delicious salmon recipe you can enjoy anytime.

- 1 ½–2 lb center cut salmon filets skin removed and cut into approx 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce tamari for gluten free
- 3–4 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ c mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- ½ – 1 Tbsp sriracha vary to desired spice level
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into roughly 1 inch pieces making sure they are as close in size as possible, then place them in a medium bowl.
- Whisk together all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl until fully combined.
- Coat the salmon pieces in the marinade and let them sit for up to 30 minutes, but no longer to prevent mushiness.
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer inside the air fryer basket; you can do multiple batches if necessary.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook the salmon for 7 to 10 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through if you like.
- While cooking, mix together the bang bang sauce ingredients and adjust the spiciness to your preference.
- Let the salmon rest for 3 to 5 minutes when done, then serve with a generous drizzle of the bang bang sauce.

- Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days
