This Air Fryer Sausage and Peppers Sheet Pan recipe delivers a juicy sausage and peppers dinner perfect for a family dinner. It’s a quick and easy dinner that fits well into any weeknight dinner routine with bold flavors and simple cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Polish sausage kielbasa or your choice of rope sausage or link sausages
  • 1/2 large yellow or white onion sliced in 1-inch pieces
  • 3 bell peppers any color combination seeds and stems removed and chopped in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced sausage along with chopped peppers and onions into a large bowl. Pour in the oil and sprinkle the parsley garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper then toss everything well to coat all pieces evenly.
  2. Transfer the sausage and veggie mixture to your air fryer basket or rack. If your air fryer is small you might need to do multiple batches. The ingredients should not be stacked too high but layering is fine.
  3. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes and turn the mixture halfway through cooking with tongs. For crispier sausage and peppers cook for an extra 2 minutes.
  4. Remove the cooked sausage and peppers carefully from the air fryer and add more seasoning if desired before serving.
