Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp large or extra large
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning, stirring to blend well.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200C or 400F if needed, then place the shrimp in the basket.
  5. Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for 7 to 8 minutes until they are tender and cooked through.
  6. Serve the shrimp immediately while hot.
