- 1 pound steak cut into bite-sized pieces * See notes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
Instructions
- Warm the air fryer to 200C or 400F.
- Combine steak pieces with salt and pepper in a bowl, stirring until evenly seasoned.
- Arrange the steak bites in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, then cook for 6 to 7 minutes, giving the basket a good shake twice during this time.
- As the steak cooks, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and parsley until well blended.
- When the steak bites reach an internal temperature of 165F, toss them gently in the prepared garlic butter before serving.
