Ingredients

  • 2 NY Strip Steaks about 1 lb each and 1 inch thick
  • 1 Tbls Avocado Oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Tbls Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 Tbls Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 Tbls Fresh Rosemary minced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter with chopped herbs, garlic, and salt, then chill in the fridge while cooking.
  2. Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and let preheat for 5 minutes.
  3. Coat steaks with oil, salt, and pepper at room temperature.
  4. Place steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  5. Remove steaks and let rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with the garlic herb butter.
