Air Fryer Tilapia Lemon Garlic is a quick and tasty recipe perfect for an easy dinner or weeknight dinner. This family dinner option delivers crispy air fryer fish with a bright lemon garlic tilapia flavor everyone will enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (68 oz)
  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee melted (can sub olive or avocado oil for dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic (can sub 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • parsley flakes (optional topping)
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix all the lemon garlic sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and let it warm up for a few minutes.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets inside the air fryer basket and coat both sides with the sauce.
  4. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes, turning the fillets midway, and brush with any remaining sauce at that time.
  5. Once the fish is opaque and flakes easily or reaches 145 degrees internally, remove it and garnish with parsley flakes if desired.
