Air Fryer Tilapia Lemon Garlic is a quick and tasty recipe perfect for an easy dinner or weeknight dinner. This family dinner option delivers crispy air fryer fish with a bright lemon garlic tilapia flavor everyone will enjoy.

- 4 tilapia fillets (6–8 oz)
- 2 tbsp butter or ghee melted (can sub olive or avocado oil for dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic (can sub 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- parsley flakes (optional topping)

Instructions
- Mix all the lemon garlic sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Set your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and let it warm up for a few minutes.
- Place the tilapia fillets inside the air fryer basket and coat both sides with the sauce.
- Cook for 8 to 12 minutes, turning the fillets midway, and brush with any remaining sauce at that time.
- Once the fish is opaque and flakes easily or reaches 145 degrees internally, remove it and garnish with parsley flakes if desired.
