- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon basil dried or fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 200C or 400F.
- Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic, basil, salt, egg, and milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly, forming a large dome shape.
- Create between 12 and 15 meatballs and arrange them in one layer inside a greased air fryer basket.
- Cook the meatballs in the air fryer for 8 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they reach 165F internally.
- Allow the meatballs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
