Enjoy perfect Air Fryer Buffalo Wings Crispy every time with this quick and easy dinner recipe. It’s ideal for a family dinner or weeknight dinner featuring a classic buffalo wing sauce recipe and crispy chicken wings air fryer style.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot® Original
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1 TBSP white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Lay out the chicken wings on a flat surface and gently dry them using a paper towel to remove moisture.
  2. Arrange the wings skin-side up in the air fryer basket, spacing them out so they aren’t stacked but can touch slightly.
  3. Cook at 375º F for 30 minutes, turning the wings every 10 minutes to crisp evenly. If desired, increase the temperature to 400º F in the last 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  4. While the wings cook, warm the hot sauce over medium-high heat in a small pan. Stir in the butter until melted and adjust the heat by adding more butter if needed.
  5. Once the sauce is balanced to your taste, mix in the white vinegar and simmer gently on low, stirring occasionally.
  6. When cooked, transfer the wings to a large bowl and toss with the prepared sauce until thoroughly coated.
  7. Serve alongside blue cheese dip, carrots, and celery for a classic buffalo wing experience.
